The garage converts into a bunkhouse with a queen bed that lowers with an electric motor and two benches that fold out into beds.  The garage also converts into an extra dinning area with a spot for a tv on the wall. There are two doors between the garage/bunkhouse and the rest of the trailer (bathroom in between) so you can put the kids to bed and not have to worry about waking them up.  

This is a 50 amp trailer with connections for solar.  It is already prewired for a second AC if desired.  3 spots for TVs (Bedroom, Living, and Garage).  Stereo system with Bluetooth and speakers zones inside and out.  Electric awning, Outdoor shower, Outdoor electrical outlet, and electric hitch.
