Description

Purchased new and lived in by 2 RVIA Registered Technicians. Last year made by Newmar, not under Winnebago ownership. Dealers have made their offers, so we know we can make someone a great deal and still do better ourselves. You will get a bumper to bumper walk thru that a dealer would not be knowledgeable enough to do and if a question comes up, we would be a phone call away. The 4362 is the model with the walk in closet with W/D and extra large shower. One of the attached pictures shows all the options on the original invoice, including the Carmel glazed cherry woodwork which is now only available in the King Air. We have added: Custom credenza around dining table, tire sun screens and mirrors and wiper covers. Tire minders,15' ladder,Tilt mount on outside TV, Invection cookware incl. Security latches on bed storage .We purchased new but are ready to downsize and this will make a great coach for someone at a fair price. If you are familiar with Dutch Star, you know the quality. The comfort steer is unbeatable for driver comfort and convenience, helping to eliminate fatigue. Furniture is like new .Heated floors are great on cool mornings .Spartan chassis gives a beautiful ride with great service. All TV's are smart. Kitchen window gives extra natural light. Double awnings provide shade along full side. Shower seat for extra safety and comfort .Oasis on demand electric/diesel water heater is reliable and easy maintenance. Extra refrig/freezer in bay gives lots of extra room. Way to many things to mention, so call with questions ; Blaine 850-450-2752 Roberta 850-449-9588 Items replaced: Windshield,Inverter, water pump,HWH solenoid. All scheduled maintenance up to date. Never smoked in or any pets. No toilet paper ever put in the black tank. Sleep number mattress has protective covers. Never has seen snow. Kept undercover when in Arizona. Almost forgot the steerable tag axle to help make cornering much easier.
