We up-sized from our tiny 16 foot camper into this spacious unit. While we have loved it, we have decided to down size to something in between. The living room carpet has never been walked on, always covered with an area rug. You will have a hard time filling all of the available storage, inside and out. There are three 8' deep pass thru storage areas. One of these could fit 2 small kayaks. Inside you will find tons more storage. The kitchen has nine cupboards, and 7 drawers. The bedroom has a built in 6 drawer dresser, and a huge closet. There is room under the bed for about 50 cases of soda (or beer). The bedroom has a King size bed (80' x 72'). The Living room has two "Theater" recliners, two fold-out couches (queen size beds), a 55 inch TV, an electric fireplace, and more storage. This unit gets tons of light and air from 15 windows and a bathroom skylight.The Kitchen has an oven / 3 burner range, a microwave, a residential ceiling fan, and a propane/electric fridge.3The air conditioners work great. We had it below 68 on a day with outside temps over 115.The unit is plumbed for a washer dryer combo.
