Excellent condition-“still smells new!” New residential refrigerator & 2 ac units, central vacuum. Master bedroom queen has full-size closet & its own ac unit that is new as of 2019- only used last year. Oven has only been used once. Ceiling fan w/vaulted ceiling. The sofa sleeper was recovered in June in neutral color. All the comforters & pillows are original-like new. Second BR has own bathroom & dual armoire w/ 2 drawers under armoire & space for tv between them. The shower to that bedroom has only been used a couple times & master bath shower corner angle is pristine!
