I hate that I am selling my RV but unfortunately I never get to use it. Everything is in great shape but there is some minor mildew damage in the storage compartment (see photos). There is NO water damage anywhere inside the RV. I can either get the mildew damage repaired or I can knock some off the price. The RV will come with all of the interior decarations along with the power cable and a hose.

Update 11/7/21: The RV was just detailed/washed and the mold in the storage compartment was cleaned out, but some evidence of it still remains. Again, this is NOT an interior issue. Also, the roof appears to be a little dirty even after it was detailed and pressure washed. This is due to the RV sitting under the tree brush in the photograph. The RV has been moved and is not subject to any tree branchs nor tree sap. The roof itself is in very good condition. Update 1/12/22: Potential buyers helped me find the cause of the water damage in the exterior storage compartment. The drainage pipe underneath is shower/tub drain is loose and disconnected which caused water to pool and drain towards the storage compartment. More bracing is needed under the shower tub because the drainage pipe most likely became loose and disconnected as a result of the weak bracing. Fornatutely I have only used the shower a total of 3 times since purchasing the RV, and the last time it was used was in July of '21. Luckily the damage is very minimal. Also, the house battery is dead and needs replacing. I plan to either fix said issues or knock a little off my asking price.
