This is a Pleasure Way Plateau XLTD Motorhome and is beautiful inside and out. It is in like-new condition with 23,900 miles. I am the first owner and RV is smoke free. All maintenance has been performed as recommended. It has all aluminum Alcoa wheels and new front tires. I've replaced the radio/gps(too small) and replaced it with a radio that is Apple/Android ready for navigation(much bigger screen). This RV was designed with the boondocker in mind. It has 3 solar panels which keep the lithium batteries topped off. You can run everything off the batteries and propane except the air conditioner or microwave/convection oven. They require you to run the generator or use shore power. It has LED lighting throughout. It has a 2.5kw Onan generator with auto-gen starting and less than 20 hours on it. Propane runs the heater, hot water, stove, generator, and even the refrigerator. The fridge is a decent size and can run on 12v, 110v, or propane. The wheels are all Alcoa aluminum. It has a dry shower which is rare for an RV this size. You can have two single beds or one king size bed. The RV yields decent mileage(14 to 16mph) and has plenty of power to tackle those long steep climbs. There is plenty of headroom and width to walk around the RV. I'm 6' 1" tall and have lots of headroom. I carried bikes and kayaks with it and the rack for them is included in the sale. We could negotiate the rack out if you don't want it. We love the RV but unfortunately elderly parents prevent us from using it as much as we would like to and forced this decision to sell now and hopefully buy again later. Title is in hand and ready to go.
