Regularly maintained by a professional RV technician. Lovingly cared for and used for everything from weekend excursions to cross-country tours. We cannot say enough good things about this Winnebago Spirit 22M (essentially the same as a Minnie Winnie 22M, just a different Winnebago sub-brand).

As far as we know, this motorhome has literally every factory option available at the time, most importantly the E450 chassis, which means you essentially don't have to worry about carrying capacity for water, cargo and people. On top of everything that this RV came with (two TVs, etc.), we have added more upgrades/updates:

The two of us have spent extended spans of time in this motorhome and it's very comfortable for two adults who are living and working on the road. But we've also brought family with us and have slept 5-6 adults for a few days when needed, so you can actually do a lot in a smaller footprint. This size is so convenient for driving practically wherever you want: going to the grocery store, driving through cities, etc. Last winter we drove into downtown Charlotte, SC and parked along the curb and had a great time walking through part of the old city - entirely possible in this kind of smaller RV.

Just had the whole coach gone over by a pro, with a fresh oil change and winterization done. Everything is working properly and in good operating condition, ready for whatever adventure you have in mind.
