Purchased new in 2018. This is a great family floorplan. Queen bed in the master. Double full size bunks in the rear. Rear bathroom with separate exterior door access. This unit was used as a rental trailer. Everything is in good to very good condition. Being a rental unit, we have worked through many of the break-in problems associated with new trailers. We are also constantly performing routine preventive and corrective maintenance.
