Description

The van is in like new condition with major upgrades to make traveling in it more convenient.  It goes to consignment at a dealer this Friday if it isn’t sold (please don’t inquire if you don’t have the financial ability to purchase).

2017 Lexor TS with 600 amp hours of Lithium batteries that run a/c and a 12v Compressor Refrigerator. These are major upgrades- the stock Lexor has 200 amp hours of lithium, a 3 way refrigerator and the a/c does not run off batteries. We made these changes so we could spend more time off grid and still have a/c and a fridge that stayed ice cold no matter what the outside temp is.

Approximately 44k miles on the van.
Major upgrades:
- 600 ah lithium batteries that can run the a/c. To answer the most common question: yes, it will power the a/c overnight for hot nights without the need for a generator.
- Refrigerator was converted to a 12v Compressor Refrigerator. Stays cold even in 100+ temps. It also doesn't have to be level like a 3 way fridge does to work correctly.
- Thule bike rack (carries 2 bikes)
- Roof rack that can hold a cargo box or Kayak which has been great for longer trips to bring extra supplies.
- Water filter installed on the cold water for the kitchen sink for drinking water.
- New higher Kitchen faucet which makes cleaning dishes much easier
- Side and back door screen package
- Shelf in under sink cabinet to improve storage
- Metal shelves in the clothes cabinets in the back to increase storage
- Blinds are held down with magnets (vs the original velcro)
- Cup holders in the back seat area
- 12v Fan installed in the bathroom
- Newer tires
- Truma Aquago comfort plus on demand water heater
- 2000 watt inverter
- 4 seatbelts (2 in front and 2 on back couch)
- 2.8KW gas generator. Because we installed the large battery bank we really only used it to exercise it.
- Solar panels
- TV and DVD player
- Tank Sizes: Fresh Water- 29 gallons, Grey Water- 20 gallons, Black ---- Water- 12 gallons, Propane- 2.7 gallons

Van has spent its entire life in the South mostly stored in a climate controlled storage unit when we weren't traveling. Sad to sell it, but we have recently purchased a lake house and will be staying put for awhile.

Several people have asked: yes we would pick a buyer up at the airport.  You could stay. either in our driveway or the state park 5 miles from our house the first night so we can make sure you understand all the systems.
