8.3 Cummins ISC, 330 HP. Allison 6 speed trans. Spartan chassis with independent front suspension for a very comfortable ride. Exhaust brake. Onan 7.5 KV diesel generator. Runs and drives excellent. Just completed a great 8,200 mile trip out west, our retirement dream trip.
I purchased from the original owner in 2018. Includes complete maintenance and repair record since new and the complete set of original manuals including drive train and chassis.
It has one 16 ft. slide. The interior is extremely clean and in remarkably good condition. Always a non-smoker. Both front seats are power 6-way adjustable and swivel around. No rips or tears. Passenger seat reclines with leg support. Dash is in excellent original shape and has a custom cover.
The Kitchen has a convection microwave oven and a 3 burner propane cooktop and Corian counter tops. Dometic frig/freezer that is 120v/propane. Plumbed for a washer dryer combo. Newer A/C units with heat pump. Raised frame rails for more basement storage.
Upgrades and repairs since I have owned it include: New Samsung TV, DVD. New Alpine radio. New Voyager rear view monitor with rear and right-side cameras. New TST brand TPMS with 4 extra monitors for your toad. Complete headlight upgrade with new wiring and new headlight units for good night driving. Fire suppression system in the refrigerator area. New muffler, alternator, radiator, hoses, all belts, transmission serviced with new Transynd fluid. Most work was done by authorized Cummins or Spartan shops. New windshield.
Exterior gelcoat and original stripes are in good condition. Recently detailed and sealed with hand-applied PolyGlow sealant. Awnings on all windows are in good shape. Overall condition is very good. Everything stays with it, tow bar and cables, Brake Buddy, TPMS, sewer and water hoses, gas grill etc.
What it needs:
New front tires which are showing some cracking. The rear Michelins have date code in late 2014, were installed in 2015 and the sidewalls still look good. You may prefer to replace them all.
Replace the non-working microwave oven.
The roof is fiberglass and in excellent condition and never any leaks, but flashings should be recoated. I can't get up there to do it now.
Selling due to health issues, need to sell it.
