We are the 2nd owners of this terrific RV. For years we researched what type of RV we wanted to buy and chose Coach House for its design and durability. It lived up to all of our expectations and then some. We had hopes of visiting all the National Parks on our Bucket List as it is the perfect touring vehicle – drives/handles like a big SUV without a rattle or squeak.
Alas, life had other plans and due to disintegrated discs with constant pain and need for walker, using our RV for adventures was a disappearing dream.
We did outfit it with Tempurpedic mattresses and Lazy Boy lumbar wall huggers chairs to let me get a few more shorter trips in but travel was more pain than pleasure. The ONLY use it now gets is for its monthly mini drive on the Highway and letting the generator run. All work; no play!
It has a NADA value for all its features between $108 and $131 thousand. There was an industry wide failure of the “ultraleather” which we were unaware of because our cab seats had seat covers. We have adjusted our price to reflect this issue and a minor cosmetic blemish or two.
IF you are wanting perfection, new Coach Houses cost slightly over $220,000.00.
We have reduced our asking price to let the RV get the use it deserves. We are looking for a new owner for our beloved rig to go the places we dreamed of going. It is being sold all stocked and ready to take you on great adventures. It is a WONDERFUL coach that will give you years of enjoyment.
