This fifth wheel camper has all the space and storage you could want and is ready to start camping now!! We purchased the camper new and use it regularly. It has always been stored inside with power connected for climate controll. Will come with the original matress that has not been used. We currently have a queen sleep number matress that can be included at an additional cost.
