Excellent condition, well-maintained, clean, 2 propane tanks, and solar hookup available on back right side. Refrigerator is deep and has a small freezer section that works. This has been a very happy home for a solo female traveler. I've especially loved the screen door that slides into a hidden pocket when not in use. It is very easy to keep the temperature just right as it heats and cools easily and the air flow when all the windows are open is exceptional. 22 gallon water tank, 18 gallon grey tank, and 12 gallon black tank. Claim is that the bed is a Queen but I found that full size bedding with deep pockets works much better. Plenty of LED lighting for every need - very light on electrical usage. I found that I could easily boondock for 3 days. It stands out in a campground as it is very high on the cute factor!
