AC's both serviced recently and the entire rigged looked over by an RV mechanic to insure it is sound.
Interior has been painted, as always in RV's there are some spots (Mostly where secure window coverings were put) the paint has peeled, There is a little extra paint if it so happens to peel again.
The owner did not have luck covering two of the back small side windows, however the windows are deeply tinted, and didn't feel it was an issue the entire time she's owned it. Those white levelour blinds have not stayed up.. and she had moved to white terry cloth curtains. Although she does have them and they would be included in the sale.
There is a dent in the back at the stair that has been epoxied, a professional has taken a look at it and he said it is air tight and will not cause an issue.
There are two generators with a connector for 30amp power that the owner is willing to sell as well.
