A real gem here. Excellent condition! We are the second owners, but the first owner only had it for 2 months, so it's really been with 1 family. We've taken great care of this baby and someone will make great memories in this Jayco Bunkhouse! All plumbing, electrical, propane, and mechanical works. Fridge is super cold. A/C works great! Has new hydraulic jack. I recommend new tires soon as they are the original set. Interior is very clean and maintained, just like new. Plenty of storage, sitting and sleeping areas. Sleeps 10. Pull outs and dinette in great working order. TV and DVD with Furion Blue tooth radio. Outdoor speakers, one needs replacing. Storage hatches are in great condition. Awning works great and LED lights are in great working condition. Has a rear hitch to attach bike rack or other. All doors, pocket doors and curtains in perfect condition.
