Description

* Pay no tax when purchasing from an individual in AZ!My wife and I purchased this coach in 2010 and we have used it every year to get out of the Arizona heat in the summer. We never full-timed in it, but we added many full-time amenities, like a satellite dish on the roof for the TV's (40" flat screen TV in the salon), and a DVD Player and Sound Bar for the 32" TV in the Bedroom, an exhaust pipe extension for safety when using the generator and a Hughes Autoformers RV-50-SP voltage booster with surge protection to protect the inside electronics (including the coaches' residential air conditioning and heating unit) from power surges and lightening. We also added day/night roller shades in the salon, (because we loved the full dash day/night shades up front) and a screen room that fits under the awning for enjoying cool breezes and keeping out bugs. When we purchased this coach in 2010, our highest priority was comfort, so the dual remote King Size Sleep Number bed was important to us, as was the Queen Size Ultra Leather multi-position sofa/lounge/bed. When we didn't have overnight guests (typically)we used the Queen sofa/lounge/bed as a dual recliner for comfortable TV watching. We also wanted plenty of storage space inside the coach, and this coach has more than we ever needed. We loved having a built-in hamper, and the benefit of not installing a washer/dryer was that it left us tons of pantry space (although the pantry has all the hookups for a washer and dryer if you desire) and there's plenty of room for toiletries, hair and shower necessities in the bathroom. In addition to comfort and interior storage, we bought this coach because of the quality of its furnishings and finishes. It has traditional style solid wood honey finished cabinet doors with satin nickel hardware and hidden hinges, a 50/50 stainless sink with filtered cold water faucet, attractive Corian countertops with matching sink and range covers, a Sharp Convection Microwave, an Amana gas range, a decorative tile backsplash, a built in appliance garage, a cabinetry-faced four door Norcold refrigerator, and captains chairs that swivel/recline to face the salon. Lastly, we bought this coach for its convenience and safety features, including automatic push button leveling, dash board audio-visual monitoring of the rear and side view cameras, a remote controlled power awning, a CO2 sensor, and much, much more! Finally, we went with a gas coach because it is much less expensive to repair!
