My wife and I purchased this unit for a trip out west. Only 21' so fits in most parking spots which was a must for us. It was perfect for our trip and it was our home for 6 months - we loved it so much that we even got married in it in Colorado during our travels. We're sad to see it go but we are ready to try out a truck/trailer set up. We spent months renovating the interior, replacing any worn parts, and upgrading some systems before we left on our trip. Here's a list of upgrades/repairs:- new transmission from highly rated transmission shop (August 2020)- New Renogy 100 watt solar panels (2), MPPT solar charge controller with bluetooth, 1000 watt inverter, and new 120 AH lithium battery installed (we ran on solar for our entire trip and never had to use the propane generator with this set up though the generator does work perfectly as well.)- newly added rear leaf springs for more ground clearance- front suspension was checked and a few parts were replaced - over cab bunk area was completely rebuilt with marine plywood and resealed. - air conditioner was removed and replaced with a skylight. We have the original air conditioner and can reinstall it if you'd like. - tail lights and rear turn signals and most marker lights replaced with new leds- New butcher block countertops installed throughout- New bathroom faucets and sink- New kitchen faucet- All interior lights replaced with led fixtures- New paint on all interior walls and cabinets- New trim installed throughout- Projector screen installed (projector included)- New 12v water pump (old one froze during that crazy winter storm in Texas)- New light switches and outlets installed throughout- New LED headlight bulbsI'm sure there are more but that's most of the new stuff. While the interior is almost all new, the exterior could use some TLC. We planned on painting the whole outside but never got around to it. We have the paint and can include with the sale. The vehicle is originally from Florida and we never drove it in salt so there is very little rust anywhere. The tires have plenty of tread but they are starting to show some cracks and should be replaced soon. There are no leaks and everything works as it should. No check engine lights. We averaged about 17 MPG. Will deliver anywhere in US. If maintained well, this RV could make someone very happy for many years to come.
