***This RV now under contract***

This Destination RV is practically new. My dad purchased this last year and it was delivered mid/late November if memory serves me correctly. It's pretty loaded with the 50" HDTV, upgraded stereo, fireplace, built in central vacuum and washer and dryer. Also has nice looking solid surface counter tops. Not sure what that is. This RV is located in Georgetown TX, just North of Austin. Sadly we lost Dad in Aug. He had only moved in in November and went into the Hospital in late May/early June never to return. So it's been empty since then. Everything works. The only issue is a broken cabinet door which I'll repair or have warrantee people come and fix in the next week or two. There's also a third larger propane tank that will come with the RV on top of the 2 30 lbs tanks that came with it. I'm not sure what else to tell you about it. I don't think he has any winterization package on the bottom of it but I need to dig through the papers. Please let me know if you have any questions and thank you for your consideration.
