THANKS TO RV TRADER-WE HAVE OVER 30 SERIOUS INQUIRIES TO OUR AD FROM ALL OVER THE USA. THE SECOND PERSON TO SEE THE RV GAVE US A $5,000 DEPOSIT AND ARRANGED A WIRE TRANSFER. FROM THE AD AND HIS INSPECTION, HE PAID THE FULL AMOUNT.

After our last adventure in the ALLERGO red, my health became a serious issue. So we have decided to sell our unit.
This is our third motorhome. We’ve enjoyed RV camping and having the knowledge that we have our own king bed and bathroom to use every night. We usually travel with another couple and they are very comfortable using the queen air mattress size sofa bed.
As with any motorhome, like a new house, there is always a punch list of repairs. Ours was no exception. But with over a quarter of million $ investment, we felt it would be best to let Tiffin do almost all the work. We Incorporated our travel plans with a stop in Red Bay Alabama at their service center. After the warranty work we set out for the southwest. 
We only got 500 miles down the road when a tractor-trailer lost a tire tread in front of us. We ran over it and it caused minor damage to the fiberglass in the rear of the coach. We continued on our trip and when we returned to Ohio,  I ventured back to Red Bay with an additional punchlist and wanting Tiffin to do all body repair to the unit.
Maintenance has been kept as per Freightliner requirements. We will complete our 3rd oil and lube on Oct 19th 2021 and have used used Mobile One/Rotella synthetic oils each time. Mileage is under 11,000. The unit has had minor Cummins and Freightliner warranty work to the dash air, idler pulley and a minor air line leak. All recall services are up to date. We built a large garage when we bought the unit and it has been stored indoors except for trips or service.  Battery’s maintained every six months and the coach has been plugged in to a 50 amp service. Generator was just serviced and is under 120 hrs. 

Extended warranty until January 2024 for both the coach and tire road hazard tire is available. The unit has been exercised monthly along with the generator, roof airs/heat pumps. Never driven in salt.  No pets, smoking or kids.  If you are new to RV’s, I’ll be glad to spend a day with you going over your purchase. 
EXTRAS, large outdoor Rv carpet,tire pressure monitor system, air hose, tow bar and braking system for dingy towing, hoses for black/gray and fresh water and tire covers when parked outdoors. The unit will be winterized. All weather seals have been treated with silicone each year. The roof inspection was done on Oct 10th 2021 
FREIGHTLINER will preform a comprehensive perventative maintenance service and inspection on Oct. 19 2021. The fuel tank will have no less 90 gallons of fuel when purchased. The DEF tank will be half full.

All manuals are stored in a practical plastic case.
