After-purchase upgrades make this motorhome self-sufficient. In 2019, we installed 380 watts of solar panels, a bank of three AGM batteries totaling 375 amp hours, a 3000 watt inverter with integrated transfer switch, and powerful MaxxAir fans at all three roof vents. All appliances (including TV/DVD player, vent fans, coffee maker, microwave) except the air conditioner can now run off the solar/inverter/AGM battery bank, making boondocking a breeze. We also had custom shelves built in the wardrobe and installed a swivel base for the passenger cab seat.

We have loved and cared for this rig! But in the interest of full disclosure, there are two areas of damage you should know about. The TV antennae on the roof broke off and we never replaced it because we never use it. Also, there is a small area of delamination at the back right roof corner of the rig. We have never had water intrusion at either site and have kept an eye on both areas.

The MW 22R is less than 24 feet long, allowing it to squeeze in almost anywhere. With all these upgrades, our asking price of $48,000 is a steal – this rig is sure to go fast! We are only selling because we are switching to a travel trailer – there is no other motorhome I would rather own!
