This is a Camplite 21 BHS by Livin lite. It has been well taken care of and everything in it works. We did have an issue with the window in front of the kitchenette and had it replaced with an arctic tern window that fits and functions very well. We have had great adventures with this RV but our new jobs do not give us the time to enjoy it. I converted the house battery to 12V lithium 100 AH battery and upgraded the converter to support lithium with the Progressive Dynamics integrated converter/fuse panel. It is ready for boon docking if you want, we did 8 weeks on the road and about half of that time was without electrical hookup. I have a small 2000W generator as well as a solar generator and portable panels that we could negotiate into the deal if you would like. The trailer will come with many of the accessories you need weight distribution hitch, leveling blocks, cameo blocks, hoses and connectors. It is ready to hit the road as is. Has off-road lift kit and three 12V fans that allow you to get into sites that would be less accessible with other rigs.
