We have owned this trailer for 6 years always under shelter and the original owner also had under shelter. Presently configured with gooseneck but we have the 5th wheel hardware also. It is in excellent condition. NO pets or smoking. We have replaced the RV fridge with a new AC only fridge. It is very comfortable with the 2 sofas. We have really enjoyed it but no longer have a heavy duty diesel truck to pull it. Many photos available just ask
