Description

This camper is in good shape except it needs work on the back slide out. See the last paragraph of this text. It is still an opportunity for someone with limited resources to have a nice camper. It was great for us but we will soon be 80 so are ending our camping. This camper has all you need for great vacations, be that travel or enjoying a nearby lake. The 16 ft slideout provides a large living area with a sleeper sofa and room for additional chairs. We had two Lazy Boys so we could relax, enjoy TV or turn to the back and enjoy the view through the large back windows. The dinette has room for 4 adults. The kitchen is complete with double sink, gas oven and range, microwave, gas/electric refrigerator/freezer and a pantry. The upper level has a bath with stool and bathtub/shower. Outside the bathroom is the lavatory, medicine cabinet and full height storage. The bedroom, using the slide out, has a queen bed, drawers, overhead storage, room for a small TV and an 8 ft wide clothes closet with full mirror doors. (One of the mirror doors is cracked, but have no fears if you are superstitious, it has been that way for over 7 years.) The bedroom windows did not open easily but we used the AC so did not fix them. There is a new 20 ft x 8 ft awning outside the front door. There is basement storage, 3 other exterior storage spaces plus the storage for the 2 LP tanks.
There are skylights/vents in the ceiling of the living room, bathroom and bedroom. There is a ceiling fan in the center of the living/dining/kitchen. The rooftop air conditioner cools the entire camper. The furnace is LP and is ducted to heat the entire camper. The water heater is LP. There is a 40 gallon fresh water tank and a pump for running water even when you are not hooked up to water and power. There is a 40 gallon grey water and 40 gallon black water tank to allow use when no sewer is available. See photos for items included like a satellite dish.
After we sell the camper, we no longer wil need the 2002 Ford 250, gas V10, 4WD crew cab truck. It has 150,000 miles but is still in good condition. It has a custom 65 gallon fuel tank and Yamaha 3000 watt generator in the bed. This allowed us to be self-sufficient as we traveled in Alaska. The truck with generator is priced at $7600.
A prospective buyer, after inspecting the unit, found water damage and hidden soft spots in the panels on the back slideout that will need repairs. We therefore reduced the price by $1400 to cover the cost of repairs.
