Condition: brand new this summer. Only used 5 times. Owner getting out of camping. Winterized and stored in Sylvan Beach NY. We love this camper but we just don't use it enough. We had an additional pull out couch custom installed in place of the kitchen table. This is a phenomenal 5th wheel for a family with children.
