Good condition, few signs on wear here and there. Currently in storage, last use for camping was October 2020.

Bunk room- dinette removed for more space. Large storage space closets.
Kitchen- most of U shape dinette removed to fit new reclining couch.
Small jack knife sofa removed and replaced with an expensive reclining heated sofa with cup holders and LED lighting by Thomas Payne.
Outdoor kitchen- sink fridge and LP grill, storage space cabinetry.
Pass through bay front storage.
Master bedroom- average good space closets, walk around bed full size, one spot on wall paper has rubbed in a circle from an exercise ball being used as an office chair in there.
Kitchen- faucet has been upgraded. Peel and stick tile backsplash added, and can be removed easily and cleanly.
Bathroom- used to have a composting toilet, so the black tank was never used except as extra grey water storage. The compost toilet has been removed and replaced with a brand new rv flush toilet that has only been used once. Peel and stick tile added here as well. Shower head has been upgraded.
