This a 2016 that shows like a 2020 with very little use. All systems work and run perfect! I looked up the book value and this RV shows a $66k value. The price is now firm at $53k which makes it the best deal ever! This Voltage 3970 has all the options available for 2016; 3 a/c’s, fire place, central vac., 3 awnings (2 power/led), king bed, 2 auto maxx air fans, full size frig, all weather package, 10a solar prep., two house batteries, 5500 genset w/ 86hrs, washer/dryer, premium kenwood radio, 4 tv’s, 2 rear gas tanks, rear porch contraption (I would remove), happy jack bunk system with table, 6 new tires…3 slides.1 full bathroom.11’ separate garage with dovetail (never used). The couches have the Dutchman factory fabric defect with the outer surface peeling. So the couches are covered, which makes them ok and usable. If I end up keeping this rv I would replace the low quality factory couches with three well made lazy boys and dump the couches all together! Just my opinion though.
