We are incredibly sad to place this beauty up for sale, but we've decided to devote our time to cruising. It is the perfect size for a family of 4 (comfortably) or for people like us (empty-nesters). The rear of the TT is the extremely spacious living area with a sleeper sofa and 2 comfortable easy chairs (they do not recline) that face a 27 inch LCD TV. AM/FM/CD stereo that can be changed to play outside. The kitchen area has a standard dinette that seats 4 comfortably. It can also be made into a bed for small kiddos. This unit comes with LOTS of storage. It has a Dometic refrigerator (propane/electric). Smaller than a standard refrigerator but still a nice size. We easily stored enough food for 5-7 days. Microwave, 3 burner gas stovetop and oven. You can't bake a turkey but definitely a chicken. LOTS and LOTS of windows providing natural light. The air conditioner can cool down the entire space and we are able to say that confidently living in North Texas. The bathroom has 2 doors, one leading to the hall and one to the bedroom. The bedroom has it's own door that closes off from the rest of the TT. Queen sized bed with a REAL cozy mattress. 14 inch TV in the bedroom. A full bathroom and the shower is HUGE with a glass shower door. Plenty of cabinet space for towels. It has a sink, medicine cabinet mirror and toilet. She is smoke free, dog free and extremely clean. Outside there is an 18-21 inch electric awning. The awning needs a patch to a small hole but will not be a major issue. The exterior including the roof is a little sun soaked but again, North Texas. The roof is without damage and is sealed tight. Outdoor shower, power hitch jack, aluminum wheels.
