2014 Keystone Impact 386 FOR SALE. We are selling after several years of good use, it is very clean and well maintained. We are listing because we had some family health issues and had to to take in the 2 adult parents for health and life care and will no longer be able to utilize. We are reducing the price to try and find a great buyer that needs a RV like this. The RV fifth wheel has a front bedroom area with a queen bed, a mid-living room/kitchen with a sofa that has 2 reclining sections. The sofa is a fabric, non-leather, has little wear and tear but in decent shape. There is a loft that can sleep one, maybe two smaller children or adults. The rear area garage is exactly 12'2" in length from the interior front wall, to the interior of the rear wall, I've had many questions on this. The rear garage cargo area is very large, we carried 2 Harleys, a Road King and Sportster, there are plenty of tie downs and room for bikes or other equipment. It has two fold down benches and a single large platform with a 300lb capacity, with total room for 8 sleeping. It has an ONAN generator, however we never really did dry camping so it is very new and not used other than monthly startups and checking for maintenance. We stored the RV undercover its entire life and performed all required maintenance. All appliances function and are in good working area, it comes with a freezer/fridge combo, microwave, 3 burner cook top and oven, 2 roof mounted AC, gas heater system. It does have the winter insulation package from the factory. The RV does need a new camp side awning, I am working to get it replaced but there is a 5 week backlog locally for repairs. Please don't let this deter you, if it is an issue we can make a deal to replace the awning as part of the sale, and we are willing to help with the replacement, let's talk about it to make you comfortable.
