Like new, less than a year old. Unit is in excellent condition. We originally purchased this to temporarily full time in, however, the deal on selling our house fell through, and we no longer need this unit. This also comes with purchased coverage from the previous owner. This is transferable, as we have not yet transferred it ourselves.

The only issue this unit has is some damage to the awning support strut. I was quoted $500 to repair the arm.
