King Master front bedroom with rear Queen over/almost double (moved bed to create more floor/walking room) Bunk in the second back bedroom with its own 1/2 bath at rear entrance! 3 slides (kitchen, super slide for full slide Thomas Payne couch/ half slide for king bed). Second air conditioner in master bedroom installed to keep it nice and cool (unfortunately had the pleasure of being tested out in 120 degree days and we stayed cool!) Splendide XC1200 washer/dryer combo. Outside kitchen has fridge/freezer combo. Two fully pass through storage underneath, one storage that is not pass through by the outside shower spout perfect to hold your outside toys/gear! Says it sleeps 5, but you could comfortably sleep more if it’s smaller children or by utilizing the couch or setting up twin air beds in the living area.
