2020 lance 1995 23 feet long, located in Calistoga, queen bed with closets on each side and cozy night lights. U shaped dinette with stain resistant material and windows on all sides. Kitchen has large fridge and freezer, microwave, 3 burner stove, large sink with another window and lots of cabinets. Bathroom has lots of room and storage with 2 skylights and nice lighting. Built in audio blue tooth indoor and outside speakers. TV with antenna that catches channels well. 4 seasons weather capacity with lots of insulation and a super fast air conditioner. Automatic awning, outdoor plugs, cleaning area/shower, storage with outdoor table, and outdoor propane hookup. Automatic/electronic hitch that remembers your setup.

Having problems with the slideout. it was "walking" so we took to the dealer in petaluma and they made it worse. Now it doesn't want to open so you will need to repair. Warranty only lasted 1 year. We just don't want to deal with it anymore. Found another place in Napa that can repair but can't get us in until December so that appointment is available if you want it.
