Everything works perfectly! Comes with 2 tv's and self leveling jacks, has washer dryer hook up. We used it a few times over the summer and it performed flawlessly. Stored out of the weather and under roof. We live next to an RV site and can hook everything up to show that it works when your ready to come see it, or you can have an independent inspector come check it out.
