This trailer is in PERFECT condition- only taken out a handful of times. Purchased to take grandkids on adventures, but life threw us a medical curveball shortly after purchase. Since then, it has been pulled a few times to a local campground (10 miles from home) and once to Texarkana from DFW, but we just can't get into it anymore. It's time to let another family enjoy it. It is literally like new. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Has a beautiful, large kitchen with lots of storage. Also, there is an outdoor kitchen on the side of the trailer. Two AC/Heat units and thermostats ensure that sleepers on both ends of the trailer are comfortable. In the bunkhouse, there is an additional dinette which we found to be particularly useful with our grandkids. We could have a dedicated puzzle/game table during the day and still have an open dinette in the living area for meals. We were also impressed with the amount of storage this trailer provided. The bunkhouse and bedroom have cabinet storage as well as under the beds. The interior shower is great, and there is also a shower on the outside of the trailer to rinse feet and kids/pets after camping adventures. As we intended to use this camper often, we completely outfitted it with dishes, kitchen utensils, and bedding. The bedding, dishes, and most of the kitchen utensils are available if desired. It also comes with brand new cover, still in the box (we paid $500 brand new).
