This camper is equipped with everything that is needed. Two 30 lb propane tanks and one 100 lb tanks are included. An E2 equalizer hitch is included. One 50 amp cable with extra adapters and surge protecter is included. Hose and regulator is included. Grey and Black water drain hose is included.

We were privileged to own this wonderful camper. We are second owners but when we received this camper it still had plastic wrapping on everything. So it was clearly not used by the first owners. We have taken very good care of it the past year that we have owned it. Now that we don't have any use for it, we want to sell it to someone who will enjoy it as much as we did. We didn't go on road trips with it so it has low road wear and tear.The insulation is excellent on this travel trailer. It stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Many of the appliances run on propane and/or electricity. The AC system has ducts in the ceiling and the propane heater has ducts in the floor.The bunk room. There are two beds in the bunk room with an extra cabinet space. Each bunk has its own cubby space. The bunks are large enough for adults.The living room space has a pullout sofa bed. There is a flat screen TV equipped with a nice bluetooth surround system. There is also a flat screen TV in the outdoor kitchen. There is a nice cubby space above the sofa in the living room.The kitchen has a propane/electric fridge and freezer. It has a propane stove and oven with air ventilation above. The sink has two sides with some counter space on each side. Cabinets are located in different spots throughout the kitchen and living room. The dining table seats 4 and it converts to an extra bed for two.The bathroom has a porcelain toilet. It has a solid sink with a medicine cabinet. The shower seals well with a rotating swinging door with a magnetic seal. The shower pressure is decent even when camping off grid but works better if it's connected to pressurized water. The RV can run off grid or on grid. It's got various features to cater to your environment. The master bedroom has cubbies and cabinets on the walls all around. The queen size bed lifts with extra cubby space. Windows on both sides with some office space.The outdoor kitchen includes a sink, refrigerator, propane grill, counter space and TV.
