I purchased this in N. California and planned to live and travel in it for a few years; well life held other plans and I didn't get the full travels or use of her before having to settle back down in upstate NY. Driven twice cross-country and mostly boon-docked with no trouble. I've taken good care of the engine and batteries due to a fear of breaking down on the road or out in BLM land. The awning motor just pooped out and can be repaired easily (I can do this prior to selling or offer a discount for a quote you provide), aesthetic dent in overhead from my first drive where I learned to really pay attention to tree limbs!
-One winter in storage under cover, otherwise driven only in warm weather (no salt damage)
-Combined the grey and black water dump out valves so you don't have to move the hose. (if you've never done a dump out, you will thank me later!)
-Tyrons installed and complete road kit unused. Tyron is proven to help prevent rollovers caused by tire blowouts.
-Anti-scratch & UV sealant applied 2017
-Subway tile (peel 'n stick) applied to bathroom walls to reflect more light from the skylight into the hallway. Half a pack of extra tiles provided.
-12V adapter provided so you can access electrical from a regular home outlet.
-Comes with: potable water hose, faucet for city water, dump out hoses, spare fuses, cover with one tear, front cab privacy cover with door magnets/attachments, full propane tank.

I have loved this vehicle and thought of it as home for one year before having to settle down due to health/mobility issues. Set up and break down were quick and easy (no leveling jacks needed!) for this not-agile 50 yr old woman. It might be possible to stay in the vehicle for one week on my property while you familiarize yourself with the RV. I highly recommend this if you are new to RVing. Excluding Cornell event weekends (homecoming, graduation, etc.).
