We have loved and enjoyed our RV for years. The compact size has made our class A an absolute breeze to drive and park almost anywhere, yet its still very comfortable. The gas V8 and compact size also makes navigating and fueling at smaller gas stations in the cities very easy. We have spared no expense on keeping it meticulously maintained, nothing is broken, nothing leaks, never smoked in. The engine, transmission, and rear end have just been serviced. The rear tires are brand new, and front tires are about 75% left. Had an alignment done last summer. Has hydraulic power levelers, quiet ONAN generator (low hours) that runs off the main gas tank, rear view camera system and the engine heats the water tank as you drive. There is a full tow package, and it has always pulled our tow vehicle effortlessly.

The negatives: Small dent on driver side storage lid, small scrape on passenger side by power steps, and the linoleum cracked in a couple places during last years cold snap. Recently found out the CD player has trouble reading disks. (We've never used it.) Chassis and house batteries are about 3 years old, (no issues though.) Awning is decent but a bit weathered.
