Trailer was purchased new in 1980 and used on the road until 1988. It has been parked since 1988 and used during the summer as a vacation home in western New York until 2013. It has not been used for the last 8 years so the functionality of the mechanicals is unknown at this time.(all mechanicals worked 8 years ago)It has been cleaned, bearings repacked and 4 new tires installed. It has been towed to my home for sale. The lights work and it is road worthy. There have been no modifications done to unit and all oem parts are intact. Seat cushions for dinette are still there but not in good shape. Everything seems to be solid and no leaks except for front door entrance as floor is soft at entrance and needs repair. We are asking $12,900 and we will be accepting the best offer we receive. Trailer is located in Newstead, NY, which is in Western New York near Buffalo.
