SOLD - 2018 LANCE TRAVEL TRAILER MODEL 1985
This trailer is in excellent condition. It belongs to my in-laws, I'm helping them sell it.
It is currently located in Prescott AZ.
The trailer has only been used one time for a 4 day trip. The reason they are selling it is due to health issues.
It's a 4 seasons trailer with many nice features, too many to list so I placed the webpage address at the bottom of this description page. It's a great brochure with all the info for the trailer.
There is only one issue whith the trailer, the latch button on the drawer under the booth is broken. The part has been ordered and it will be replaced. Everything in the trailer works perfectly. It's prewired for solar panels to be installed on the roof, there is also a plug on the side of the trailer for a portable solar panel. It's also prewired for a satellite dish system if desired. It's equiped with an electric powered awning with LED light strip integrated into the awning canister. All of the lights inside and out are all LED, including tail lights and running lights. There are two deep cycle batteries and two five gallon propane tanks. There is a 3000 watt portable generator that is included with the trailer. They are also including a cordless rechargeable Shark vacuum cleaner. The TV can easily be moved from inside to the outside and mount it on the side of the trailer, there are power and cable connections outside for the tv as well. The drawers are all "soft close" drawers. There's a good deal of storage inside and out. Conveniently placed power outlets with USB ports in several locations. Lots of interior lighting choises, there's bright lights for normal use and there is also accent lighting for a more relaxed home feel when it's time to relax and enjoy a movie or just to listen to music. The radio has a DVD player built in. There is a privacy curtin for the main bed. There are night stands on both sides of the main bed which is kind of rare in RV's. The booth is exceptionally compfortable with a great deal of leg room. I'm 6' 6" 250 lbs and I had plenty of leg room without banging my knees. When the booth is made into the bed it's large enough for two adults comfortably. It has "Day/Night" window blinds throughout except at the kitchen sink, that one is a mini blind.
