My kids and I love this camper! Comfortably sleeps 8!! Selling due to divorce. We have many fond memories- Badlands, Mount Rushmore, Gettysburg, Niagara Falls, etc. This is an awesome "traveling summer home" and is so easy to set up at a campsite!

Has a total of 7 beds: 4 bunk beds, a dining table that becomes a full bed, a couch that becomes a bed, a FULL SIZE Queen bedroom in the front. There are 2 doors that slide closed for adult privacy.

There is a propane furnace for heat, and COLD A/C. You can camp below freezing with this unit (it's rated "Extended Season"), just use the propane furnace to keep the underbelly warm. Carefully winterized each year, no leaks.

I am including MANY EXTRAS, much of what you'd need to get on the road and get camping ASAP:
- 2 FULL propane tanks
- 2 bar stools that fit under the couch
- 2 spare tires and rims - 1 on the back and 1 under the back bed
- 4 BRAND NEW 8 ply tires (65 PSI)
- 30A electric surge suppressor - very helpful during storms to not blow out electronics!
- Anderson leveling system (red drive on ramps to easily level camper side to side)
- Husky ELECTRIC tongue jack (upgraded factory manual crank)
- Sidewinder sewer hose brackets
- anti-sway system including 2 solid metal stabilizing bars
- battery switch to prevent drain during storage
- coax for cable TV (hookup on back of RV, if campground has cable)
- extra 30A electrical extension cord
- COMPLETE hitching anti sway system: drawbar with ball, 2 solid metal bars
- hitch welded and mounted under back bumper, very sturdy
- sewer hose (in back bumper)
- small lock box for hitching parts
- socket that fits in drill and cranks feet updown faster
- socket that fits in drill and removes the water heater plug for draining / winterizing
- water and black tank flush hoses
- winterizing system for water pump
- yellow plastic supports to go under scissor jacks to prevent rust

Known past issues that have been repaired:
- new smoke detector
- electric brakes repaired March 2019, we have had NO issues since
- we had a tire go out earlier this year, it took out part of the fender, this has been repaired, and all 4 tires are BRAND NEW, 8 ply
