This is a great RV with three slides that has been well maintained. The exterior includes an outside entertainment center with a TV, that has room for a small fridge. The tires are a year old, wheel bearings packed, the brakes inspected and all are in great shape. The unit has power leveling jacks on the front and rear stabilizing jacks and a 2 inch rear receiver hitch. There is some fading on the stickers but the roof is solid with no soft spots and has the remained of the 12 year warranty. The large pass through storage and large front storage gives you ample room and is wired for solar. The large electric awning has LED lights and speakers.

The main level includes TV with a sound bar, AM/FM/CD/DVD stereo system, theater seating recliners, tri-folder sofa, electric fireplace with blower, skylight, free standing table & chairs with leaf. The kitchen has a three burner stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and large island with sink covers for extra counter space. There is a lot of extra storage in the hutch, overhead storage over recliners and sofa.The master suit consists of a large shower, skylight, porcelain toilet, medicine cabinet, vanity and linen closet. The bedroom has a walk around queen bed, overhead cabinets, two closets, drawers, TV, huge under bed storage with shoe holder.The AC, and heater will keep you comfortable in 3 seasons. All equipment is operational.
