2nd owner. Previous owners lived in Florida full time, so the exterior could use a good wax and clean, graphics are cracking.

Interior and mechanical is in great shape, engine oil changed every 3,000 miles, leather captains chairs in driving compartment show very little wear. Tires have less than 1,000 miles on them.

TV's, Hoses and Sewage Drain tubes stay with the unit.

Full size spare tire also included.

Upgrading to a Fifth wheel, otherwise I would keep this unit, absolutely would not hesitate to go on a cross country road trip right now.

I live in Sterling Heights, RV is currently parked in Brown City. Would be willing to meet there or bring it back closer to the Metro Detroit area if you are serious.
