This sweet little trailer has been really well cared for over the past 45 years. A few updates have been made to the trailer for more comfortable living but most of the original structure is in place. The trailer can be plugged in to electricity or run on a battery for boon-docking. I have all the original sales documents and owner’s manual. However, the trailer is being sold as is.•The last time the trailer was used there was an issue with the grey/black water valves not working properly. The tank was letting fluid down the sewer hose even though the valves were closed. The toilet was still working and flowing into the septic hook-up but it was not functioning ideally. •Supposedly the heating furnace was working when I bought it. I tried to light it a number of times and could not get it to light. I might have been doing it wrong though. Space heaters worked for me instead.
