This is basically a brand new unit. Was purchased in the hopes to take and winter in Florida or Arizona - but plans have changed. Has been used recreationally maybe 15 times. Has had warranty work completed on hot water heater and both slides. Tires still in great shape. Unit was professionally serviced as need. Bathroom has been modified by dealer to accommodate larger individuals. Existing factory and extended warranty are transferrable.
