My error, my memory was corrected by a review of the registration: This trailer was built in 2013, and we bought it new in July of 2014. We first used it in 2015. (RV Trader does not allow corrections to heading of ad.)

This is a solid trailer with 2 axles, big tires. It is in very good condition. It has an unusual layout with neat features. It has a rear slide out with a "king size" bed and privacy curtain. Two Bunk beds are forward. The lower bunk can be folded up to make a "bicycle" garage with its own outside door. Kitchen has 3 burner gas stove with oven, microwave, Dometic fridge/freezer (AC or gas), and an outside fold down second 2 burner stove and water supply. Head has shower with small tub, sink, and toilet with new plumbing. It has a good stereo, inside and outside speakers. TV has cable hookup at rear of unit, but no roof antenna. Good gas furnace. Hot water is fast, and AC or gas. Unit has 2 Propane tanks in excellent condition, 2 House batteries are one year old. There are two cameras, rear of trailer and starboard side, with tow vehicle screen. Comes with anti-sway hitch, if needed. This has been a great unit for us, but we are going back to Motor Home because, grandchildren!!

This trailer has been stored in a barn/garage, indoors every winter, with trickle chargers on the batteries. I see no defect in the fiberglass or sealants, and there has never been a leak.
