The BEST RV. 3306 Our sweet “Janine” has taken our family of 5 ( usually 6) on many wonderful trips. She has never given us a moments trouble. We have taken care of her (serviced at Howard's RV, Wilmington NC), stored her inside& given her some upgrades. We have made the difficult decision to pass her on to a new family or empty nester couple as one of our childern is having to travel multiple weekends a month and we are needing something smaller to zip in and out of parking lots. She is a PERFECT family RV or a couple (space for friends) or Grandparents with visiting grandkids. SLEEPS 8

She tows our Honda CRV easily. she will come with a Demco tow bar and and RVI braking system. Both systems are easy to hook up and unhook.

The air is cold ( 2 AC units), the generator runs flawlessly, the hot water is hot
(anode rod replaced in March). The fridge keeps everything cold. Freezer keeps things frozen.

The bunk beds converts to a wardrobe for those that dont need the bunks full time or at all. We have the wardrobe doors and also the ladder for the bunks (both not pictured). The wardrobe doors store under the master bed. We also have the corian sink inserts.

Extra factory upgrades: She comes with an inverter, wired surge protector and slide toppers.
