*MINT CONDITION* New tires, new brakes, low mileage, and low hours on the generator - 113 to be exact. Only 1 previous owner. I bought this RV from my grandparents last year and have used it 4 times since. The previous 8 years it was used ONE TIME per year to go to a retreat in Lancaster MA. My grandmother had the entire inside covered with table cloths and plastic (100% Italian grandparents) and kept it in pristine condition during their ownership and we have followed suit.
