Beautiful coach. 
Always stored indoors
Waxed and serviced yearly 
30k + miles on engine 
1000 + hours on generator
Never “lived in”
Well taken care of coach
Replaced tag tires, serviced tag axel, aligned tag axel, diff fluid replaced, generator always serviced, Aqua 450 serviced every year along with generator and chassis, leather conditioned after each use, coach is clean, smells new, stored inside, plugged in, heated when cold etc. etc. 

WiFi extender, dish network, 3 tv’s with Bose surround in main parlor,. There is really too much to list. I’ve never had issues with this coach other than a few minor things that have either been fixed or ignored because they’re minor. 

We’re moving up to a 45. But this is a great tag coach with beautiful lines and a great color scheme. 

Coach still gets used. Mileage will be off.
