Newmar hand crafted coaches have been built since 1968 and features hard wood cabinetry, washer/dryer, vacuum, residential refrigerator, 3 burner stove, dual basin sink, porcelain/ceramic toilet, full shower, 2 televisions, all coach sound, queen size master suite w/ full size closet, under bed storage, 6 dresser drawers, queen sleeper sofa, convertible dinette w/ under seat storage, large pantry, exterior entertainment center, auto leveling system, rear/side camera and that is just the beginning.

The shed walls feature Lowe’s based Gladiater rail system for custom build out (one storage cabinet, 2 hanging baskets and multiple hooks included). We have built it out as a mini house/bedroom/office with a loft, queen size bed and under area with plenty of room for desk, full chair and work/gaming station…which of course can all be removed if not desired. MAINTAINED INSIDE AND OUT: new front brake pads, calipers, rotors and tires, regular oil changes, full transmission flush & service, AC and duct cleaning/service, generator maintenance service and lot’s of washing! We travelled in snow and desert so not only was the exterior frequently washed, but the undercarriage has been professionally cleaned several times to remove potential salt and sand buildup.

ADDITIONS: SOLAR PANELS (2 190 Go Power) w/ controller, counter outlet, custom winter skirt, cabinet liners, office/bedroom set-up in shed.

DAMAGE: Full disclosure here, minimal cosmetic damage to back rear storage hatch , shed has a dent in wall from my son not mounting cabinet correctly and it fell off hitting wall, headlights covers could use a cleaning.
