I was away for the winter and this unit was stored. I am back in Navarre, Florida now and eager to sell this 5th wheel. This unit is in excellent condition with very little use and very low mileage. New Hercules 14 ply tires, new king mattress, new leather furniture (sofa and recliners). It features washer/dryer hookup, dishwasher, stereo sound throughout, extreme climate protection, power awning, 2 a/c units, This unit has had annual multipoint inspections to insure proper mainteneance procedures.
