This RV is extremely clean and in great shape. There are no leaks or soft spots in the one piece rubber roof. We are the 2nd owners of this fifth wheel, the first owners bought new in 2015 and owned for a year. It has been stored inside since new when not in use. The bedroom has a king bed in it. There is a very comfortable pull out queen couch in the spacious living room. There is a fireplace in the living room and a hidden computer slide out work station under TV cabinet. Kitchen has island sink and table with leaf for seating of 4 people and lots of storage. There is no washer and dryer, but there is a hook up for it. The RV has 2 smart tv's one in living room and one in bed room ,day and night shades through out. This model has the 1/2 bath by the door when you walk inside which keeps traffic down throughout the RV. We have just replaced the wheels and tires upgraded to Load range G tire. You will love the storage in the open through basement. The very front storage is prepped for generator but we use this for storage also. The RV has six point leveling system which makes setting up a breeze. We just had the wheel bearings packed and slides cleaned and lubed. RV has 2 AC 1500btu in living room and 13,500btu in bedroom. We also added a soft start to the AC in the living room which helps out when using a generator. Electric is 50amp power cord with self winding reel. Very clean and well maintained. LED light bar under power awning. The GVW dry is 13,400 lbs , the GVWR is 16,000 lbs with a hitch weight of 3010 lbs This would make a great park model or towable RV and is a four seasons RV.
